What the subscription is
You are buying a control plane, not a single chat vendor. We built a model-agnostic gateway: one OpenAI-compatible endpoint in front of many providers, with quality-first routing, prompt and semantic caching, multi-provider failover, and per-agent, per-project cost, latency, and quality observability. Bring your own keys and we do not mark up provider cost. Platform-supplied capacity meters against the included credit on your SKU; unused credit does not roll over. The appliance sits in your VPC — or air-gapped on Sovereign. Loki / Otto and the Monster Gaming portal are the two faces of the same plane.
Deploy where your corporate IT dictates. AWSGCPAzureTogether.AIgCore are supported out of the box — appliances, VMs, and inference land in the cloud and region you choose, billed directly by us or against your own vendor licensing agreement. Your cloud, your terms.
FedRAMP-aligned deployments are supported through FedRAMP-authorized environments such as AWS GovCloud and Azure Government — pair with the Sovereign tier for air-gapped, jurisdiction-bound programs.
- Included usage credit — prepaid tokens at the SKU amount below. Usage past credit is metered. Not a loss-leader float; the commercial fee is first.
- Throughput gates — RPM and TPM are aggregate platform limits across every routed provider. Your own provider keys still have their own limits.
- Seats and projects — how many people and isolated projects that SKU may run.
- Features that attach to the SKU — Loki (Chat, Code, CoLab), both portals, BYOK, routing/cache/failover, and the deployment shape (managed, self-host, or Sovereign). Enterprise add-ons (raised gates, SSO, dedicated onboarding) attach to Enterprise / Custom / Sovereign through sales.
- Hosted à-la-carte rows in
/v1/tiers(ala_carte) are not appliance add-ons. We do not sell those as Indie–Enterprise line items.

Custom and Sovereign
Only SKUs with no catalog price use a human path. That is not an invoice-float option for indie, soho, business, or enterprise. Sovereign is air-gap / local-model deployment — we do not claim FedRAMP Authorized. Evaluating sovereign, government, or air-gapped programs? Start at the sovereign solutions page.
